Customer Account Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity to join this growing company as their Customer Account Manager. You will be the main point of contact for queries regarding the organisation’s products and will be supporting customers, ensuring they are well equipped to use the product.
Customer Account Manager Responsibilities
As the Customer Account Manager your main duties will include:
- Maintaining and improving the customer support function
- Proactively looking for solutions and make improvement suggestions
- Assisting with queries from clients and customers
- Running support sessions with customers
Customer Account Manager Experience
As the Customer Account Manager you will have previous customer service experience and can effectively build relationships. You will have excellent communication skills across all levels and be a great problem solver. Working well as a team and individually you will also be well organised and maintain a customer database. Being able to explain a complex issue effectively will also be beneficial, it is essential that you have excellent IT skills.
