Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking a detail focused, experienced Customer Service Advisor to join this excellent company based in Oxford.
Supporting the Operations team, you will be responsible for providing dedicated customer service to both suppliers and customers and helping with any enquiries about the business.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Advisor, some of your main duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for enquiries
- Building rapport with customers and suppliers
- Making outbound calls to suppliers
- Validating incoming data
- Accurately record and maintain databases
Customer Service Advisor Experience
Excellent customer service skills, a working knowledge of data management and analysis will all be key in this position. You must have high attention to detail and be confident liaising across all levels. A good working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, is highly beneficial in this role. As the Customer Service Advisor you will be able to work to tight deadlines and be well organsied.
