Customer Service Specialist Requirements
As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer queries and processing customer orders over the phone
- Chasing up deliveries and ensuring prompt service
- Ensuring all data entry is clearly and accurately recorded
- Liaising with internal parties on sales, design and marketing
Customer Service Specialist Experience
To be successful in this position you will be well organised and have experience in a customer or sales role. ideally you will have experience using SAP although this is not essential. You will be confident liaising on all levels and dealing with financial queries.
