Customer Services Associate Responsibilities
As a Customer Services Assistant, some of your other duties will include:
- Coordinate sales orders
- Act as first port of call for all incoming customer calls
- Provide sales reports/feedback
- Assist the sales, marketing and medical operations when required
Customer Services Associate Experience
As the Customer Services Associate, it is essential previous customer services experience. You will also be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Previous experience managing or working on projects will be beneficial in this position however it is key that you have excellent communication and relationship building skills. If you can speak Italian this would be beneficial but is not essential.
