Customer Services Coordinator Responsibilities

As the Customer Services Coordinator some of your main duties will include:

 

  • Meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Assisting with project related queries
  • Ensuring project information is kept up to date

To be successful in this position it is essential that you have some previous customer services experience. You will be well organised and have excellent communication skills.
