Executive Assistant Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant your main duties will include:
- Extensive travel arrangements and booking accommodation
- Organising senior management team activities and meetings
- Minuting meetings and following up on actions
- Maintaining monthly expenses
- Producing communication
Executive Assistant Experience
As the Executive Assistant it is essential that you have previous experience in a similar position. A well organised approach with high attention to detail will be key in this role. You must be able to prioritise your workload effectively as you will be working on multiple activities at any one time.
