Fundraising Administrator Responsibilities
As the Fundraising Administrator some of your main duties will include:
- Processing donations in a timely and accurate way
- Support with the management of the fundraising database
- Provide excellent supporter care to people who have made donations
- Responding to enquiries over the phone and in person
Fundraising Administrator Experience
In order to be successful in this position you will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also have strong numeracy and data management abilities. Experience of using a fundraising CRM database is desirable.
