Graduate Receptionist/Team Administrator Responsibilities:
The company has a highly nurturing, open and supportive culture and all senior staff adopt an open-door culture. In this role, in particular, you will have exposure to all teams, consultants, senior staff as well as clients and visitors. You will be highly visible meaning the right candidate will be the face of the organisation and must therefore be well-presented, friendly and enthusiastic. Over time you will be presented with opportunities for learning, growth and advancement in fields across the company spectrum. An interest in Real estate/Property would be ideal to embed within the company culture.
The office is incredibly modern and open plan and there are a multitude of amenities close by making the location a fantastic one.
Duties will range from:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering client queries via email and telephone
- Assisting the Office Manager with event organisation
- General Administration support
- Providing excellent client experience
Graduate Receptionist/Team Administrator Experience:
Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional candidate of graduate calibre with strong verbal and written communication skills and a good grasp of MS Office. You will be numerate, highly organised and conscientious and will enjoy a role where you can work with people and independently.
Reporting to the Office Manager, Ops Manager and taking direction from other senior team members, you will enjoy a varied role in which you are encouraged to be self-motivated and manage your own work load having been given a comprehensive induction and ongoing training/support.
