As the HR and Office Assistant some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Helping to maintain the building and office supplies
- Arranging fire drills
- Recruitment administration including posting adverts
- Dealing with any queries
HR and Office Assistant Experience
In this vital position you will have strong administrative and excellent communication skills and able to work in a confidential way. You will be able to confidently liaise with all internal and external clients and work well as part of a team. If you have any experience within HR or Facilities this will be beneficial but is not essential.
