HR and Office Assistant Responsibilities

As the HR and Office Assistant some of your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Helping to maintain the building and office supplies
  • Arranging fire drills
  • Recruitment administration including posting adverts
  • Dealing with any queries

HR and Office Assistant Experience

In this vital position you will have strong administrative and excellent communication skills and able to work in a confidential way. You will be able to confidently liaise with all internal and external clients and work well as part of a team. If you have any experience within HR or Facilities this will be beneficial but is not essential.
