IT Support Technician Responsibilities:

Duties will range from:
- Supporting office-based team in London with their IT hardware and software queries
- Maintaining the IT helpdesk and resolving tickets
- Diagnosing software and hardware faults
- Resolving issues in a timely manner
- IT hardware administration and technology maintenance
- New starters IT setup
IT Support Technician Experience
Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional and experienced candidate. You may have anywhere between 2-5 years technical/IT professional experience in a previous role and looking for a new challenge. Our client is looking for someone who has outstanding IT skills – perhaps an IT degree or relevant qualification or, simply, experience in a relevant position within a work environment. As well as being highly IT-literature you will also be approachable, friendly, sociable and an excellent communicator. If you have an analytical and communicative personality, are organised, enthusiastic and flexible then we’d love to hear from you.
The role is diverse with a lot of autonomy and responsibility coupled with excellent team support. There is also the opportunity to develop in this role and grow within the company over time.

Based in West London, there are many local amenities of note close by. The office is most easily accessed via the District and Overground lines. The office is large, open-plan and ideally located.

Company hours are currently 9.00 am – 5.30 pm. There may be a trailing of shift hours that could mean starting earlier and finishing earlier or starting later and finishing later in the future.
There may be the occasional travel to Oxford involved in the position.
The London office is currently around 60 people strong. Globally the organisation currently has c. 200 employees and is growing.
