We have just registered a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join this friendly team. This is a busy and varied position and you will be supporting the team across all aspects of the business including verifying documentation and liaising with various contractors.
Lettings Administrator Responsibilities
As the Lettings Administrator some of your main duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for clients
- Overseeing property maintenance
- Managing and monitoring each application
- Creating documentation
- Ensuring the database is accurate and up to date
Lettings Administrator Experience
You must have excellent customer service skills and be an experienced administrator to succeed in this position. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator and someone who is well organised with excellent attention to detail. You will be able to prioritise a busy workload and be able to anticipate challenges. Taking initiative and ownership of this role will be key in this opportunity.
Due to the nature of this position it is essential that you can drive and have access to your own transport.
