This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service focused individual to join a collaborative team as their Operations Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients within the EMEA region. The majority of customer contact is via telephone and e-mail so it is imperative that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities

Some of your other duties will include:


  • Dealing with customer queries and processing orders
  • Handling pricing issues
  • Maintaining accurate database
  • Assisting the customer support team

Operations Coordinator Experience

As the Operations Coordinator you will have had previous experience in a similar customer service based role. You will be friendly and engaging and be able to take a team focused and willing approach to your work.


You will pride yourself on having first-rate levels of customer service standards, alongside a genuine passion to make a difference.
