It presents a unique opportunity to gain experience supporting a small team of experienced Directors and Senior Staff in a professional, team- orientated, informal business working with supportive colleagues.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
As the Personal Assistant some of your main duties will include:
- Extensive and complex diary management
- Organising global travel
- Coordinating meetings
- Liaison with high level stakeholders
- Managing costs
- Ad hoc research
Hours of work are 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
Personal Assistant Experience
The client is looking to recruit an exceptional candidate of graduate calibre with strong verbal and written communication skills and a background working as an EA/PA. You will have experience with travel arrangements and calendar management – particularly juggling multiple at any given time as well as an understanding and experience of visas, vaccinations and booking chartered flights, for example. You will be highly organised and conscientious and will enjoy a role where you can be proactive and one step-ahead whilst working in an outgoing and extremely friendly commercial environment.
Hindi/South Asian and/or African languages would be a bonus but not essential.
