Part-time Administrator Responsibilities
As the Part-time Administrator your main responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customers and clients
- Dealing with invoices and billing
- Ensuring Health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Managing and dealing with general office administrative duties
Part-time Administrator Experience
The Part-time Administrator will be an excellent communicator and have experience in a customer facing role. You will be helpful and friendly with a willingness to learn and turn your hand to other tasks. You should be able to demonstrate that you are organised, methodical with good attention to detail and be able to remain calm when under pressure.
