Part-time Business Administrator Responsibilities
As Business Administrator, your main duties will include:
- Tracking sales commission and company spending
- Preparing management reports
- Invoicing, ordering and quarterly filing
- Taking notes and helping prepare for office meetings
- Scheduling appointments
- Monitoring emails and post
- Any day-to-day business tasks as appropriate
Part-time Business Administrator Experience
The successful candidate will have extensive office management experience and a high level of attention to detail. Organised and proactive, you will be an excellent communicator and will be ready to make this role your own. Having worked in a similar role, you will be comfortable performing day-to-day administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency and professionalism. You will be comfortable preparing management reports, and although bookkeeping experience isn’t essential, you will be comfortable with numbers, percentages and exchange rates and will have good literacy skills.
You will be competent in Microsoft Excel, and experience of Xero will be desirable but is not essential. This is a great opportunity to build on previous experience and take on new skills and challenges.
