As the Office Manager some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with projects
- Dealing with suppliers
- Managing invoices
- Tracking facility activities
Part-time Office Manager Experience
To be successful in this position you will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and able to demonstrate a strong administrative background. First class communication skills and relationship building across all levels will be vital in this position. You will be able to respond to a fast paced changing environment with ease and calmness whilst also anticipating any problems.
If you have experience of SAP or SAGE this would be beneficial but is not essential.
