Part-time Operations Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer service focused individual to join a collaborative team on a part-time basis as an Operations Coordinator. You will be required to work up to 19.5 hours per week in a job share. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients within the EMEA region. A lot of this contact is via e-mail so it is imperative that you have excellent written communication skills.

Part-time Operations Coordinator Responsibilities

Some of your other duties will include:


  • Dealing with queries and processing orders from a shared inbox
  • Handling pricing issues
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and database
  • Assisting the customer support team

Part-time Operations Coordinator Experience

As the Operations Coordinator you will have had previous experience in a similar customer service based role. You will be friendly and engaging and be able to take a team focused and willing approach to your work.


You will pride yourself on having first-rate levels of customer service standards, alongside a genuine passion to make a difference.
