This is a fantastic opportunity to gain administrative experience in a supportive environment. You will be providing vital end-to-end administrative support to multiple projects that the organisation work on. You will also be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role is being offered on a Temp-to-Perm or a 6 month FTC basis.

Project Administrator Responsibilities

As the Project Administrator some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance is met for all projects
  • Managing the finance records for each project
  • Maintaining accurate database
  • Assisting with credit control

Project Administrator Experience

To be successful in this position it is essential that you have proven ability to manage a large workload and can work to tight deadlines. It is vital that you have experience of managing a budget and have excellent time management skills. A flexible approach to work and able to prioritise is the key to success in this role
