Reception Manager Responsibilities
As the Reception Manager some of your main duties will include
- Opening up at the start of the day
- Providing support to the meeting rooms
- Greeting guests and visitors to the organisation
- Raising purchase orders
- Organising catering requirements
- Assisting with the organisation of company events
Reception Manager Experience
It is essential that you have previous experience in a busy and dynamic organisation. You will have Reception, Event management experience and be able to hit the ground running. High attention to detail and excellent communication skills and will be able to remain calm under pressure.
