As the Receptionist some of your other duties will include:
- Managing the allocation of client car parking spaces
- Managing reception supplies
- Arranging travel for clients
- Assisting the wider administration team
To be successful in this position it is essential that you have previous Reception experience in a busy organisation. You will be well organised with excellent customer service skills. You will be a self-starter and confident prioritising your workload as you may be working on more than one task at any time. If you have any experience in a professional services environment this would be beneficial but is not essential.
