Secretary Responsibilities

Some of your main duties as Secretary will include:

  • Preparation of correspondence, documentation and presentations
  • Diary management
  • Preparation of cost estimates and invoices for clients
  • Arranging travel and coordinating meetings
  • Monitoring the work in progress

Secretary Experience

To be successful in this role you will have good communication skills across all levels, be well organised and able to manage a busy workload when under pressure. Fast and accurate typing skills are a must and you will be working in a detail focussed environment so maintaining high attention to detail is key. It is essential that you have experience as a Secretary or PA. Having worked within a Legal field or professional services would be ideal but not essential.
