Secretary (9 - 12 month FTC)

Are you an experienced Administrator or Secretary? Are you looking for a new challenge in a leading firm based in Oxford? We are looking for a Secretary who will be supporting fee earners to ensure that they are able to complete daily tasks efficiently. You will be managing the fee earners diary and preparing client correspondence.

Secretary Responsibilities

As the Secretary some of your main duties will include:

  • Preparing correspondence through audio-typing
  • Preparing conference rooms
  • Liaise with clients in a professional manner
  • Ensuring confidentiality at all times

Secretary Experience

The Secretary will have previous experience in a similar position. Excellent customer service skills and first-class communication skills on all levels will be essential. Audio-typing will be beneficial as this will be a main part of your role.
