As the Senior Customer Service Executive some of your main duties will include:
- Responding to queries
- Dealing with escalated issues
- Ensuring that high quality service is provided at all times
- Training and coaching other team members
Senior Customer Service Executive Experience
As the Senior Customer Service Executive, you will have experience in a customer service position and be able to identify issues and provide effective solutions. Experience of training and coaching team members will be beneficial. Experience of complaint handling is key in this role. Any experience of SalesForce would be beneficial but is not essential.
