Team Administrator Responsibilities
As the Administrator some of your main duties will include:
- Organising manager diaries
- Arranging travel
- Minuting and arranging meetings
- Making arrangements for new staff members
- Coordinating transport
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as and when required
Team Administrator Experience
As the Team Administrator you will have had previous experience in a dedicated administrative or secretarial role along with excellent attention to detail. It is vital that you are well organised and able to prioritise a busy workload effectively. Excellent communication skills at all levels will be key as you will be liaising with stakeholders across the organisation.
