Entry-level Team Administrator Responsibilities:
Working in a team with 8 other administrators and reporting in to the Admin Team Leader, you will be working closely with the Consultants and the wider business. The team ethos is that everyone works together and gets stuck in where needed, meaning that you will need to have a flexible approach and receptive to various duties. In this role, some of your main responsibilities will include;
- Assisting with proposals
- Creating project reports
- Arranging meetings
- Booking meeting rooms
- Project Work
- General administration duties including invoicing, occasional email and diary management as well as travel arrangements
