Team Manager Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing and managing the team of three Administrators
• Reviewing all documentation and procedures
• Performance monitoring and appraisals of the Admin team as required
• Overseeing all administrative functions
• Liaising with various managers across the business
Team Manager Requirements
You will be highly organised with first-rate time-management and prioritisation skills. You will be confident in taking on a busy workload and ensuring that tasks are completed in accordance with tight timeframes.
Previous experience within a similar administration role is highly desirable. However, you will most importantly be able to get on well with others and be determined to prove yourself as a successful Team Manager.
Attention to detail is essential and therefore you must be able to consistently produce accurate work, even when you are under pressure.
A strong understanding of dealing with confidential issues will allow you to handle the diplomacy of this position with sensitivity.
You must be friendly and personable as you will be the first point of contact for guests/ customers. Previous experience within an Office Manager or Team Manager position will highlight your capabilities to perform the tasks at hand.
