Temporary Client Services Administrator
We have just registered a fantastic customer support role within a dedicated and friendly family owned organization. Starting immediately, the role will be ongoing on a temporary basis.
You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and processing customer orders. You will also be supporting the Sales and production teams with day to day processes.
Temporary Client Services Administrator Responsibilities
As the Client Services Administrator your main duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact
- Dealing with any questions or queries
- Offering a superb level of customer service
- Handling logistics and updating contacting customers with delivery information
- ‘Behind-the-scenes’ administration such as invoicing and updating spreadsheets
Temporary Client Services Administrator Experience
As the Client Services Administrator you will be an experienced administrator and had experience in a customer facing role.
You will be self-motivated and have the confidence to use your initiative.
You will be well organised and able to manage others expectations and remain calm when under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate well across all levels will be vital in this position.
