You will be outgoing, confident, and happy to take challenging calls in a positive and proactive fashion.
The ability to build relationships with ease is essential, as communication is the basis of this role.
Previous experience within an administration role will be highly advantageous in this role.
As this role revolves around complaints, it will be essential you are resilient and calm, and able to handle occasionally difficult conversations.
