Temporary Complaints Administrator Responsibilities

  • Answering calls from customers
  • Noting down in detail the main points of their complaints
  • Passing this information on to your colleagues so they can action the complaint
  • Escalating any issues appropriately
  • General administration

Temporary Complaints Administrator Requirements

You will be outgoing, confident, and happy to take challenging calls in a positive and proactive fashion.


The ability to build relationships with ease is essential, as communication is the basis of this role.

Previous experience within an administration role will be highly advantageous in this role.

As this role revolves around complaints, it will be essential you are resilient and calm, and able to handle occasionally difficult conversations.
