You should be motivated and eager to learn. This temporary position requires someone to hit the ground running, so you should be confident in your skills and willing to help out in a busy team.
Initiative is key in this role – you should be able to effectively find solutions to problems to minimise their impact. You should also be forward thinking and able to pre-empt issues before they arise.
It is essential that you are highly confident and happy with lots of outbound calling. The environment in which you are working is somewhat target-driven, so this may suit someone with a naturally competitive nature!
