Temporary Customer Service Assistant
We are currently seeking an organised, self-sufficient candidate for a Customer Service Assistant role.
Working with one of our exciting and long-standing clients, you will be providing vital support on a temporary basis. This role will demand proactive assistance with outstanding requests, in order to meet tight deadlines.
This role will involve taking incoming calls, so you must be confident and concise communicator and able to take accurate notes. Please only apply for this role if you are available immediately.
Temporary Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Answering queries via telephone
- Updating Salesforce and Excel spreadsheets
- Providing accurate information
- Chasing outstanding requests from external companies
- Accurate note taking of all communication on internal systems
Temporary Customer Service Assistant Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will have previous administration experience within an office environment.
Attention to detail is vital, and you must be able to work off your own intuitive.
It is essential that you are confident in picking up the phone and speaking with a variety of customers on a daily basis. You will have excellent communication skills and have a polite, friendly manner.
Competence in Microsoft Office is required, in particular Excel.
