Temporary Facilities Assistant Responsibilities

  • Taking calls and messages
  • Visiting the clients’ sites across Oxfordshire to help with queries
  • Working alongside the IT Manager to ensure processes are being followed consistently
  • Other ad hoc administration duties as required

Temporary Facilities Assistant Requirements

You will have previously worked in an office – based environment and will have had exposure to a range of administration tasks.

Due to the nature of the company, it is essential that you are empathetic, kind, and welcoming. You should be able to exercise discretion and be polite and friendly at all times.

The Location

The office is based in Oxford (OX4). However, you will be required to travel to sites across Oxfordshire, so it would be advantageous if you drive and have access to your own transport.
