We have just registered an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join an excellent company as an Office Manager on a temporary basis. This is a highly-varied role and definitely not one to be missed!
Working within a professional and hardworking setting, you will hold a great deal of responsibility and will be tasked with a range of office duties.
Temporary Office Manager Responsibilities
- Booking meeting rooms for internal and external appointments
- Dealing with office maintenance such as facilities
- Assisting with invoicing and expense claims
- Coordinating absences and holiday
- Welcoming and liaising with visitors
- Coordinating health & safety provisions
Temporary Office Manager Experience
It’s essential you have experience within a Senior Administrator or Office Manager position.
To excel in this post, you will be an excellent communicator who can offer high levels of customer service at all times. Whether you are dealing with an internal colleague, a catering company, or a customer, it is vital that you are professional and act as a positive ambassador for the company.
Due to the nature of the work, you must be highly organised and able to prioritise effectively, in order to meet all deadlines.
Confident, personable, and effective with time management, you will be able to hit the ground running in this position.
Temporary Office Manager Rewards
