Temporary PA Responsibilities
- Extensive diary management for senior members of staff
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking international flights and accommodation
- Email management and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Speaking with customers on the telephone
Temporary PA Experience
You will be an experienced PA, having previously worked in a similar position supporting numerous directors.
Previous exposure to tasks requiring time-management, organizational and prioritization skills is essential. Although not required, the ability to manage diaries within several time zones would be highly beneficial.
You should be able to work to tight deadlines whilst remaining confident and accurate in the work you are producing.
Knowledge and competence in a range of IT packages is essential for this level of position. You must be able to work autonomously and coordinate tasks in a range of programmes with ease.
