Temporary Part-Time Office Assistant
We have registered a superb new opportunity at a local organisation in Oxfordshire for an Office Assistant on a temporary basis.
Our client is looking for a hardworking and determined candidate to assist on temporary basis. If you have experience working in a busy office environment and are confident on the phone, this could be the ideal role for you!
Please note this role is being offered on a Part-Time basis to work 12:30pm – 6pm, Monday Friday. Please only apply for the role if you are available to work these hours.
Temporary Part-Time Office Assistant Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting visitors
- Covering Reception
- Responding to queries via email and phone
- Maintaining an up-to-date record of employee details
- Managing all outgoing and incoming post/deliveries
- Completing safety checks for visitors, e.g. issuing visitor badges
- General administration when needed
Temporary Part-Time Office Assistant Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role. This will allow you to fit seamlessly into the busy and fast-paced office.
You will have excellent attention to detail and have strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
You should be organised, efficient, and have exceptional time management skills. Competence in MS Office is required.
You must be available to work 12:30pm – 6pm, Monday to Friday. Sadly, there is no flexibility on these working hours.
Temporary Part-Time Office Assistant Rewards
Holiday pay is offered alongside the hourly rate.
This is a flexible role where you will be required to work afternoons only – from 12.30 – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
