Temporary Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a fantastic candidate to take on this Temporary position with one of our top clients! Working closely alongside the existing team, you will be tasked with a range of duties within a rapidly expanding department.

Temporary Procurement Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Tracking and updating information
  • Ensuring internal processes are compliant
  • Acting as a first point of contact within the Procurement team
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Preparing financial and administrative reports when needed

Temporary Procurement Coordinator Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with a strong background handling similar duties. It is essential that you have previous experience of raising and processing purchase orders as this is an important element of the role.

A background within finance administration would also be useful.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office is required. You will also be comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the business.

It’s essential to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal at all levels.

You will be confident working independently and as part of a team. You will also have strong organisational skills and be detail orientated.

Temporary Procurement Coordinator Rewards

The hourly rate will depend on skills and experience, but is likely to be in line with the above rate.

You will receive holiday pay in addition to the competitive hourly rate offered.

The Location

The role is based in modern offices in East Oxford (OX4). Parking is available on-site, and the offices can be easily reached using public transport from Oxford City Centre.
