Temporary Procurement Operations Administrator
A new and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Procurement Administrator to join a fast-paced organisation on a temporary basis. Reporting into the Procurement Manager, you will work alongside the existing team to provide excellent administrative support and achieve company goals. In order to be successful in this assignment, you should be free immediately, and willing to commit to the client for at least 3 months.
Temporary Procurement Administrator Responsibilities
- Managing enquiries with new and existing suppliers
- Updating and maintaining the database
- Coordinating onboarding requests
- Liaising with other departments to share best practise moving forward
- Working with Finance to manage spending thresholds accordingly
Temporary Procurement Administrator Requirements
Ideally you will have a background in procurement and administration
You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and will be highly organised and systematic.
You will have experience working with Oracle or SAP, and will demonstrate proven experience in a customer service focused team.
Exposure within a financial environment would be a bonus, and you should take pride in working with a meticulous attention to detail.
Business savvy, you should showcase plenty of commercial acumen, and the gravitas to liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.
