Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and dealing with their enquiries
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Taking reservations
- General admin duties as required
Temporary Receptionist Requirements
Approachable and inclusive, you will exhibit a high degree of professionalism at all times and will have the ability to build relationships and communicate with individuals at all levels.
Previous experience covering a busy reception is highly desirable. In addition, a background in hospitality may help with the level of customer service that is required.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills. You will be highly organised and have superb IT skills.
