Investing in you and your career

Jobs at Allen Associates

We are growing! The Covid-19 pandemic has challenged us all – Employers, Staff, Clients and Candidates – but we are now seeing a significant increase in core business and are moving upwards again – at speed! Core activity in the Oxfordshire and London recruitment markets is increasing and we are really busy, with significant numbers of vacancies coming to us from both new and long-standing Clients.

We are now surging forward with exciting expansion plans as we look ahead to our 25th anniversary and we are actively recruiting for both experienced Consultants and a Graduate Resourcer. So, if you would like to find out more about our current Recruitment Consultant and Graduate Resourcer vacancies, please check out our adverts to see if this sounds like you.

We are a close-knit team at Allen Associates where everyone supports one another and where each person is encouraged to play a key role in the continuing success of the business.

Every member of the team is invited to share their ideas and contribute to the company’s plans. This in turn strengthens our overall offering to Employers and Candidates and enables us to truly stand apart from our competitors, which probably explains why so many of our Consultants have stayed with us upwards of 6 years and many more of our Clients have worked with us for far longer.

Our expectations are high but we know yours are too and you will be extremely well rewarded and recognised for your achievements. Ultimately, whilst professional and successful, we ensure a fun and enjoyable work environment, with lots of great perks.

We are also committed to the communities we serve. We support good causes and get involved in a number of charitable initiatives throughout the year, the biggest being the OX5 RUN in aid of Oxford Children's Hospital which we are proud to have sponsored and taken part in for the last 12 years.

What's it like to work here?

“When I joined Allen Associates, I was overwhelmed at how family-centred the culture is and so warmed by the welcome of such a collaborative and friendly team! The Directors are real trailblazers for ensuring that the culture is all-welcoming and inclusive, as well as ensuring that you are exposed to a challenging and varied workload. This is a flexible, warm, professional and fun-filled place to work. It has been a real home away from home for somebody who is not originally from Oxfordshire itself and I couldn’t be happier to be here.”

Amy Brawn, Recruitment Consultant, Allen Associates

“There are many great things about working for Allen Associates. Its reputation and brand. The people. The rewards and perks. I feel fortunate to be part of such a collaborative team and to work with such an interesting variety of clients. Oxfordshire is becoming a hub of science and technology advancements with lots of exciting new companies cropping up. I also really like our focus on quality and continuous improvement. We get to know our clients and candidates, focussing on long term partnerships rather than taking a transactional approach to recruitment.”
