Ben Allen


Ben joins Allen Associates having spent the last 3 years working in the technology industry. As Head of Sales and Customer Service for the UK, Ben initiated and oversaw the expansion of FULL Creative’s flagship brand, AnswerConnect, from the US to the UK. As well as managing both core teams, Ben liaised directly with other senior team members on recruitment, company strategy and marketing; influencing not only the operational side of the UK brand but playing a key role in improving global processes.

Ben’s no stranger to communicating with people across the world having graduated with a Joint Honours Degree in French and German from the University of Bristol. He would be delighted to parler un petit peu Français oder Deutsch zusammen, if you want, though he openly (and sadly) confesses to relying more and more on google translate as the years since graduating pass.

In his time away from work, Ben enjoys travelling the world to places both where he can and can’t speak the language. He savours the all-too-brief moments when he beats his dad at golf, putting on weight tasting fancy food, losing said weight through boxing and spinning and re-watching The Office…obviously.
