A group of 45 HR professionals, people managers and employers, mainly from Oxfordshire-based organisations, took part in a short poll at our Zoom HR Hub, as part of wider discussions on making the business case for developing a distinct, authentic and compelling employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand.
The discussions were led by John Tarrant, Managing Director at DNA, and supported by Adrian Henderson, an employment lawyer at RWK Goodman in Oxford.
