We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join an interesting education-focused organisation based just outside Oxford. If you are able to provide crucial HR support to the team and can offer an organised, efficient and dedicated approach, this could be a perfect role for you!
Your role will be a broad and generalist position, although you will be happy to work on a variety of projects with an ER focus.

- Handling ER matters such as grievances and disciplinaries
- Supporting with absence cases
- Monitoring documentation and projects across the business for compliance
- Overseeing risk assessments and reasonable adjustment requests

Temporary HR Advisor Experience
It is essential that you have previous experience as an HR Advisor and are able to advise on Employee Relations cases. A CIPD qualification is strongly desired as this will allow you to assist with a wider range of duties. However, those who are qualified by experience can potentially be considered.

The perfect candidate for this post will be a competent user of HR systems.
