Finance & Administration Coordinator We have registered fantastic opportunity for an organised and self-motivated individual within a lovely organisation and team. They currently have an Office Manager and Bookkeeper, but the latter is moving on to pastures new and the Office Manager is not trained in Finance. Our client is, therefore, looking for an experienced Finance professional to join the team and support with the day-to-day finances and work closely with the external accountants. The role will report into the Directors of the business and provide coverage for key regular and cyclical financial tasks such as client delivery and budget management, basic bookkeeping, preparing SLT's expenses and making improvements to finance processes as necessary This role will also include additional administration support across other business areas such as booking travel, preparing events and away days and other tasks as required. This is a full-time position with an immediate start or as soon as possible as the current person is leaving at the end of October. The standard hours are 9:00am -5.30pm with some flexibility around this.
