Head of HR Responsibilities

As the Head of HR some of your duties will include:

  • Driving continuous improvement
  • Leading on the development and implementation of progressive HR and Talent Management strategies
  • Promoting employee engagement

Head of HR Experience

As the Head of HR, you must have significant experience in a senior generalist HR management position in an international environment, with demonstrable experience managing teams. 

You will be a strong leader and will have proven experience delivering operational and strategic HR goals and managing change.

You will be a confident role model and motivator for your team.

Outstanding communication skills will be vital in this position together with a creative, analytical and solutions-based mind-set.

You will be CIPD 7 qualified and must have previous experience within a growing consulting or professional services environment.
