Talent Acquisition Specialist
We have registered a fantastic opportunity for a results focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team, initially on a 6-month basis. The main objective of this role will be to source skilled technical candidates within a rapidly growing business. Given the ambitious growth plans of the business, there will be opportunities for the successful individual to become a permanent member of the team.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist some of your duties will include:
- Developing and managing the resourcing strategy
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle and processes
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Building relationships
- Providing advice and updates to leadership team and hiring managers
- Identifying recruitment market trends
Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience
This role will suit someone with in-house recruitment experience, ideally with a background in scientific or technical environments, and someone who has excellent stakeholder management and direct sourcing experience. The success of the company will be determined by the people who work within the company and therefore strong talent sourcing skills are essential to know where and how, to find and hire the best people. This position is a brand-new role within the organisation.
