HR Operations Manager Responsibilities
As the HR Operations Manager some of your duties will include:
- Leading the UK HR activity
- Managing and improving HR processes across the whole of the employee lifecycle and overseeing all annual processes (appraisals, pay reviews and more)
- Owning the HR System and ensuring that it is fully and efficiently utilised
- Collaborating with the finance team with the administration of UK payroll
- Managing the annual remuneration process
- Onboarding new starters
- Advising on employee relations issues
- Supporting the talent acquisition specialist with recruitment
HR Operations Manager Experience
This role will suit someone with CIPD or equivalent qualification and experience and who has a proven generalist HR expertise across the full employee life-cycle. You will be a hands-on and proactive HR Manager who gets involved in the day-to-day HR duties as well as having strong commercial HR awareness. Our client is looking for a high energy, enthusiastic professional who sees projects through to completion with strong attention to detail. Previous experience with BambooHR is desirable and a background in life sciences, biotechnology or scientific environments is preferred.
