One of our clients is going through an exciting transition period and is seeking an experienced candidate to join them on a temporary basis. This will be part time hours, and you will need to be flexible about how much you work. Some weeks you may be needed for 2 days per week, other weeks it might be slightly more or less.
Working with a range of stakeholders, you will be responsible for sourcing key hires for the business.
This role is starting immediately and will be paid on a PAYE basis through the Allen Associates payroll. Sadly, it will not be possible to work through a Ltd Company or similar.

- Sourcing and headhunting candidates for niche vacancies
- Partnering with Hiring Managers
- Screening CVs and creating shortlists
- Telephone screening applicants
- Conducting interviews
- Drafting engaging adverts and job descriptions
- Arranging interviews
- Updating and maintaining the ATS
Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter Requirements
You will be a knowledgeable Recruiter with experience in-house, within a commercial business. You will be happy facilitating transactional tasks as well as taking a more proactive and hands-on approach to sourcing.
The ideal applicant for this post will have recruited for a variety of technical and head office roles, from entry level to senior positions.
You will be comfortable with scheduling and arranging interviews and will be accustomed to managing a large workload within a fast paced environment.
Tech-savvy, you will be a fast learner and will be able to pick up the new ATS system quickly.
