Recruitment Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with stakeholders
  • Managing end-to-end contracting process
  • Managing secondment process for internal employees
  • Managing full recruitment process for contracted external candidates
  • Developing and updating processes
  • Supporting wider team

Recruitment Account Manager Experience

You will have previous experience in a recruitment or client resourcing role and a good understanding of employment legislation and data protection rules relating to recruitment, as well as experience using social media to identify suitable candidates and promote opportunities.
