We have registered an exciting opportunity for a results focused HR/ Recruitment Coordinator to join the team and support with the HR and recruitment coordination and administration across the full employee lifecycle.  

The main objective of this role will be to interact with highly intellectual professionals and provide coaching and guidance as well as being the first point of contact for candidates in the recruitment process, within a rapidly growing business. It will be key that you are a self-starter and able to hit the ground running.

HR/Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities

As the HR/Recruitment Coordinator some of your duties will include:

  • Coordinating full lifecycle of recruitment processes
  • Providing coaching and guidance to hiring managers
  • Building relationships with candidates
  • Overseeing and enhancing onboarding process
  • Managing employee data and supporting delivery of HR projects
  • Supporting HR Operations Manager

HR/Recruitment Coordinator Experience

This role will suit someone with previous HR assistance and in-house recruitment experience, ideally with a background in scientific or technical environments, and someone who has excellent understanding and knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks. The success of the company will be determined by the people who work within the company and therefore strong talent sourcing skills are desirable to know where and how, to find and hire the best people. This role will require a team player who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved in the critical but simple administration of the recruitment, onboarding and off boarding process and be equally happy talking to recruitment agencies and candidates on the phone and negotiating salaries etc.
