Temporary HR Change Manager (SuccessFactors) Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Amalgamating and streamlining current policies
  • Writing and Implementing Performance Management and People Development policies
  • Managing SuccessFactors implementation
  • Designing communications about the implementation
  • Rolling out the communications plan

Temporary HR Change Manager (SuccessFactors) Experience

The ideal candidate for this position for this role will be an seasoned HR professional, with prior experience of SuccessFactors and the ability to manage change expertly. You will demonstrate strong analytical and written skills.

A confident working knowledge of UK employment law is a must as you will be required to draft and implement a range of policies in addition to the SuccessFactors project.

Time management, prioritisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines are vital. 

It is essential that you are comfortable using the full range of MS Office software to an advanced standard.

Holiday pay is offered alongside the generous hourly rate, which will be paid on a PAYE basis via the Allen Associates weekly payroll.
