We are seeking an expert HR/Change Management professional to take on this crucial project on a remote basis. PLEASE NOTE - the position will be paid on a PAYE basis only. Having recently implemented SuccessFactors, our client is seeking a Change Manager of the highest calibre to ensure this is successful, mainly from an internal communications perspective. In addition, our client is also seeking some support designing and implementing a range of new HR policies.
The role will start immediately and will be ongoing for a few months.

Your main duties will include:
- Amalgamating and streamlining current policies
- Writing and Implementing Performance Management and People Development policies
- Managing SuccessFactors implementation
- Designing communications about the implementation
- Rolling out the communications plan
Temporary HR Change Manager (SuccessFactors) Experience
The ideal candidate for this position for this role will be an seasoned HR professional, with prior experience of SuccessFactors and the ability to manage change expertly. You will demonstrate strong analytical and written skills.
A confident working knowledge of UK employment law is a must as you will be required to draft and implement a range of policies in addition to the SuccessFactors project.
Time management, prioritisation, and the ability to work to tight deadlines are vital.
It is essential that you are comfortable using the full range of MS Office software to an advanced standard.
