Organisational Design Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an experience HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Organisational Design to join a multinational, forward thinking and growing yet established business.  Working as part of a global strategic team, you will play a key role in the growth and development of the business, leveraging strong HR operational and Business Partnering experience as the organisational design subject matter expert.

Organisational Design Lead Responsibilities

As the Organisational Design Lead, your duties will include:

  • Developing HR best practices around organisational change initiatives, both domestic and international
  • Working with global teams on due diligence and analysis, ensuring all HR efforts are coordinated and HR risks are identified and addressed 
  • Assisting in the development of project plans and tracking progress against plans
  • Responsibility for creating and enhancing the HR processes for acquisitions and organisational changes
  • Analysing data to identify key HR-related exposures in a due diligence context, including those related to compensation and benefits plans
  • Developing learning materials for acquisitions/organisational changes and train HR teams supporting these activities.
  • Please note some international travel will be required

Organisational Design Lead Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly credible individual with a proven track record within both generalist HRBP roles as well as extensive Organisational Design and Change management experience.  You must also have proven experience working closely with business leaders to implement initiatives ensuring efforts are coordinated, displaying strong project management, data analysis and excellent communication skills. You must be able to manage stakeholders through transformations and have experience of acquisitions and divestments. Experience within a global multinational organisation is also important, alongside a self-motivated approach.

Location

Our client is based in South Oxford (OX14). There is parking available on-site. This role can be worked on a flexible hybrid model with 1-2 days in Oxford or London and the rest from home.
