HR Advisor – West Oxfordshire – Salary up to £35,000 – Ref: 20836
We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, to join this interesting business, supporting pilots, flight crew and office functions.
You will be working in an HR team of 9 and supporting an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced and varied role.
The ideal candidate must be experienced working with HRIS and able to support on research, legislation, employment law and policy updates.

HR Advisor Responsibilities
The HR Advisor’s role is varied and some of these duties will include:
- Supporting relevant business areas in all HR requirements
- Policy creation and review as requested by line management
- Supporting business improvement regarding internal HR processes and procedures
- Managing HR inbox ensuring emails are dealt with in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
- Performing HR inductions with new starters
- Managing the benefits schemes for joiners, leavers, and changes
- Effective communications with leadership team
- Ensuring compliance and quality are maintained at all times
HR Advisor Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven successful generalist HR background working collaboratively within an HR team and providing generalist HR support across the business.
You will have CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent (or be working towards it) with up-to-date employment law knowledge and working experience of HR processes, preferably within a 24/7 shift working environment, including excellent relationship building and stakeholder management experience and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience of working across a mixed workforce with different terms and conditions of employment would be highly desirable.
The ideal person for this role will be self-motivated and self-aware with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. They will be proactive, resilient and have the confidence to challenge when required. They will be experienced at providing advice, guidance and support on HR and ER matters.

The office is based in West Oxfordshire, and they operate a hybrid working arrangement with approx. 2 days a week in the office and the remaining 3 days working from home.
The standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Onsite parking is available.
